Pension News!!!
Following the recent 2011 Budget proposals the Treasury Minister announced that he is introducing a "cap" of £150000 earnings for the purposes of pension contributions. Any earnings in excess of this amount will not qualify for relief under the Income Tax (Jersey) Law 1961 Articles 131b and 134c
